Lilly loves to dress up. Recently she decided to wear her tutu over her clothes and wore it all day. She loved how people exclaimed over her. I thought she need a official princess dress. This is what I came up with it. She loves it,but I love it more because I put a lot of work into it. This first picture is her tripping over the skirt.
